Dr Mamta Taneja is a certified career counsellor and a registered counsellor under the Government of India (Reg. No. I14F84-1449340964286). She holds a PhD in Education and an MA in Sociology and Psychology. She also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of guidance and counselling.
She is an RCI-registered mental health professional and has worked with NGOs and government organisations, including the Indian Army and the State Education Departments of Punjab, Haryana, and Uttarakhand. She has mentored thousands of students pursuing postgraduate, doctoral, and other professional programmes in the same field.
Dr Taneja is also a certified counselling psychologist and has to her credit 32 research papers published in various national and international journals. She has participated in a number of national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences.
As a counselling psychologist, her expertise goes far beyond guiding students based solely on their aptitude and interests. She applies her deep knowledge of psychology together with scientifically validated testing methods to guide aspirants towards careers for which they are best suited to succeed — not only in a material sense, but also in terms of achieving lasting satisfaction, fulfilment, and happiness in their professional lives.
