We were looking for career guidance and education options for our daughter based on her potential, interests, and strengths. Since we were unaware of the various career paths available, we approached MentoPath for professional guidance. The process was very well structured: - We started by requesting an introductory call. - This was followed by a joint introduction session with Dr. Pravin, along with a one-on-one interaction between Dr. Pravin and our daughter to understand her interests, likes, and dislikes. - Next, our daughter completed an online assessment test consisting of MCQs, which took about 45 minutes. - After the assessment, we received three detailed reports highlighting the most suitable career paths based on the assessment results. - Finally, we had a joint discussion with Dr. Pravin, who thoroughly explained the reports, scoring methodology, statistics, and the career options that best matched our daughter''s profile. I feel fortunate to have been mentored by Patil Sir since my MBA days. His teaching approach is truly unique, with a strong focus on practical learning through real-life examples and case studies. He has an exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts of entrepreneurship, guiding us from ideation to building and running a successful startup. During my college years, I initiated a small-scale venture, and Patil Sir’s continuous guidance played a crucial role in shaping my decision-making and entrepreneurial mindset.
