I am the founder of Guided Careers, brings over 17 years of corporate experience in my journey into career counselling. I have been a mentor throughout my professional life as a trainer, coach leading team successfully. I discovered my passion for helping individuals find clarity, purpose, and direction in their professional growth. This organic evolution from leadership to guidance has laid the foundation for my venture into career counselling. My approach combines accountability, empathy, and a results-driven mindset, traits that I now channel into Guided Careers to support students. 

I have educational background in Business Management, along with a Professional Certificate in International Investment Fund Services from the National University of Ireland. I blend academic rigour with practical experience to offer guidance that is both grounded and forward-thinking. My mentoring style is proactive, helping individuals recognize their potential and build step-by-step strategies to succeed.

At Guided Careers, I envision a counselling service that not only helps students choose the right career paths but also empower them to thrive in their roles with confidence. My mission is to bridge the gap between potential and performance, particularly for students who feel overwhelmed by choices.
