About Counsellor:
I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth & colleagues in helping them understand their personalities & key interpersonal skills. Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) to assist the youth of today make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future. I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities. I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!
I am a passionate, driven, experienced & empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations & Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability & CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East & India. Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease. I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others & supporting the community.

I was really confused and unaware on what to do, Ganesh sir has really helped me in choosing and finding out what are my strengths and where can I develop. I found out what kind of personality I am and where I can best suit. I will always be thankful for his guidance and would recommend to any of you reading this that it is really worth attending sir's session. I had a great experience with Target. Ganesh, really takes you through so many career options in such a thorough manner. He brings your attention to career options you might not have considered before and makes the experience so interesting by evaluating your personality as well. I liked how friendly TG is and the whole experience has been very calming for Samara & us. Samara learned that she is able to reach out to TG if she ever need support. Samara loved how TG listened to her concerns and helped her create a plan and a way to handle the situations that were causing her difficulties. It is good to talk things out and she have learned tools to help her mentally and emotionally. What I liked as parent the best about TG's counseling service here is that he knows how to really work well with School aged students. It can be hard to find a psychologist/therapist who understands young children but TG here does an amazing job at it. My favorite part of counseling was having TG see through Samara's hardships, work, and her growth. She learned how her feelings are valid and life is beautiful even when it rains.
