Tanmaya is a CCA Certified Career Counsellor by edumilestones and trained and Certified Career Counsellor. She is also a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach, certified by Robbins-Madanes Training, USA, a leading brand in Coach Training.

With has over 20years of corporate experience and last 15 years in leadership roles in multinational companies she has mentored and coached the teams to move up the career ladder. She is a postgraduate in International Trade from Symbiosis Pune. In her corporate career she has worked both in India and UK with some of the leading retailers in the world like- Walmart, Tesco, H&M, C&A and many more. She is the Founder of Altrunexus Carrus Edge Solutions (ACE Solutions) an organization that provides Inspired Career Solutions.

Using the Strategic intervention coaching tools and techniques she has helped numerous students, graduates and professionals to find their best career paths that are aligned to their core values, interests and personality.
