About Counsellor:
We're What The Grad : the elder sibling you wish you had when everyone was telling you what to do with your life.
Stream after 10th. College after 12th. Masters in India or abroad. MBBS. We've guided students through every one of these crossroads not with recycled advice, but with scientifically backed psychometric assessments boasting 94% accuracy, and honest one on one conversations that actually listen before they advise.
Behind us: 15 years of career assessment and admissions expertise across India and overseas, spanning every field from medicine to management, engineering to design.
We don't hand you a list of "safe options." We ask the questions nobody else does, cut through the noise of a hundred opinions, and help you build a direction that's genuinely yours.
Confused is where you start. Clear is where you leave.

> "Whatthegrad" was an absolute game-changer for me after completing my 10th standard. At a time when I was confused about which path to take, they provided clear, step-by-step guidance on every single detail. > The session started with a quick, clear explanation of how the assessment test works and how the results help in selecting the right stream. The personalized counseling and continuous support made it so easy to understand my strengths and interests. Thanks to their structured guidance, I was able to confidently choose the right stream for my future. > If you are a 10th-grade student looking for clarity on your higher secondary stream and future career options, I highly recommend "Whatthegrad"!
